Being a full service contractor allows us to incorporate many of our divisions and take control of a project from the ground breaking to the final close out.
These all inclusive services gives the client a comfortable and almost effortless project; from negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, valued engineering and FF&E/logistics. One reason Cci is so diversified is we feel that we can bring the client a quality product and a cost savings that cannot be matched.
Our In-House Services Include (but are not limited to)
TURN KEY
Experience and knowledge to offer the complete turn key project. Design, purchasing, logistics and management.
METAL FABRICATION
Hand rails, stair rails, powder coating, sneeze guards, stainless steel and decorative metals.
GLASS FABRICATION, DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
Hurricane doors and windows, store fronts, shower doors sliders, glass by design and decorative glass.
MILLWORK FABRICATION, DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
Bath vanities, bar cabinets, kitchen cabinets, crown molding/wood trims, exotic wood floors, decorative doors and hardware.
WATER FEATURE DESIGN/BUILD
Interior/Exterior. Architect conception from the simple to the most elaborate.
E LIQUIDATION AND WAREHOUSING
Storage locations for full shipping and receiving from any supplier, retailer/wholesaler national or international, providing complete inventory control, to tracking and locating products thus minimizing damage and cost. We also provide comprehensive expediting reports to simplify product location, replacement and project completion.
STONE AND TILE
Stone tops for bath vanities, bar and buffet counter tops, kitchen sinks, registration desks, hostess stands. Ceramic, porcelain, marble, slate and other exotic tile for you bath, kitchen, bar, restaurant tops and floors.
OTHER IN-HOUSE SERVICES INCLUDE
Painting and vinyl wall covering, drywall, tile, carpet, wood flooring, carpentry, concrete, and glazing.
In addition, we work with a team of licensed and insured subcontractors (i.e. Electrician, plumbers, HVAC, etc.) who have the same mind set as Cci when it comes to producing a quality product.
